About Us

The site is owned by Geoff & Rose Gillard. Geoff has worked as a gravedigger for many years and he realised that there is an increasing demand for Green Burial sites and has been looking for suitable land for quite some time.

Barnstaple Green Burial site is very conveniently situated just outside Barnstaple and has beautiful views across the valley. Some tree and hedge plantings have already been carried out and it is hoped over time to create an orchard.

The land will be maintained to retain its natural state to encourage wildlife and wildflowers.
